What's more true;
"I didn't have time."
"I didn't make time."
Whilst it may be appealing (and momentarily relieving) to use a lack of time as your scapegoat for not exercising/eating well/self care of any kind, the reality is it is neither useful nor true.
You have the time - we all do. The same 24 hours each day. What you make time for within that, is another matter entirely.
Something to think on. (And a friendly reminder to self after a "busy" couple of weeks!)
